Nextion is a Human Machine Interface - HMI -Display which has a TFT Touchscreen and can be easily controlled via Serial Port.

The Nextion TFT board uses only one serial port to communicate. It lets users avoid the hassle of wiring.

Using Nextion Editor you can design an interface on your PC you can easily make text boxes, buttons, sliders, guages, progress bars etc without much hassle.
And most importantly the serial (UART) interface allows you to easily integrate this display to various Micro-controllers, Arduino and even Raspberry Pi

Nextion editor has mass components such as button, text, progress bar, slider, instrument panel etc. to enrich the interface design.
Furthermore, the drag-and-drop function ensures that users spend less time in programming, which will reduce 99% of their development workloads.
With the help of this WYSIWYG editor, designing a GUI is a piece of cake.
