CAPACITIVE TOUCH SWITCH MODULE

The module is built on touch-sensing IC TTP223B. In the idle state, the module output remains at 0 ( low0.) , When a finger touches the corresponding position, the module output goes high (1).
If not touched for 12 seconds, switches to low-power mode.

Module can be installed on plastic, glass or non-metallic materials.

Features:
Low power consumption
Power supply for 2 ~ 5.5V DC
Can replace the traditional push button

Specification:

                                                                      Min     Typical         Max     Unit

Response time (low power mode)                                           220     mS
Response time (touch mode)                                                     60      mS
Size                                                                     24x24x7.2                 mm

-Control Interface : A total of three pins (GND, VCC, SIG), GND to ground , VCC is the power supply , SIG digital signal output pin ;
-Power Indicator : Green LED, power on  ;
-Touch area : Similar to a fingerprint icon inside the area , you can touch the trigger finger .

This sensor is a toggle output type: touch-on then touch-off. That means that when a capacitive load is detected (e.g. a person touches the sensor-pad area) the red LED will alternate turning off and the output pin will go high or low, respectively. This sensor is good for a project where you want to activate something on the first touch, then deactivate it when touching again, like a switch
