AUTO SANITIZER CONTROL KIT
With PIC Microcontroller and Modulated IR Board
Auto sanitizer dispenser kit is built on PIC 16F722 IC.
For sensing , IR board is used.The IR board is modulated one built on PLL IC LM567.
As the IR is modulated it is not affected by Sunlight and the range of sensing is more as compared to the IR sesnor with LM358.
PIC control board has 2 presets.
One for adjusting PWM , thus controlling the speed of motor.
The other one to control the ON timing of Motor.
Using these presets and by providing narrow nozzle to the dispenser tube , the amount of liquid dispensed can be easily controlled.
PWMP MOTOR 12v OR SUBMERSIBLE MINI MOTOR 6V CAN BE CONNECTED TO THIS BOARD.
This board can also be used to control Water Solenoid , for automatic tap water control.
