COMPASS SENSOR

COMPASS SENSOR QMC5883L

Honeywell HMC chip is discontinued. QTY company is manufacturing this chip & module is available as QMC5883L.
I2C address is 0x0D

Previous HMC module I2C address is 0x1E . So Adafruit library will not work with this QMC module.

Sample code & new working library in the download link below

On pcb it is printed HMC5883L , but the chip is not Honeywell.





REGISTERS as well are different from that of Honeywell
